These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the website https://novascent.net/

All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The descriptions and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges.

NOVASCENT reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 – Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation.

A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The accepted payment methods are those offered on the site via a secure payment platform.

Article 6 – Delivery

The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the destination.

NOVASCENT cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned new, unused, unopened , in their original packaging.

Article 8 – Responsibility

NOVASCENT cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the products or force majeure.

Article 9 – Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.

Return period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Return conditions

Returned items must:

  • They must be new, unused, and never opened.

  • To be in their original packaging

  • To be in perfect condition for resale

Any product that does not meet these conditions will be refused.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed packages
